What is Cruise to the Prom?

Cruise to the Prom is a charity event celebrating all things Volkswagen, with proceeds supporting the amazing work of Weston Hospicecare. Whether you’re cruising in your VW or joining as a visitor, this event is the perfect way to enjoy the VW lifestyle while making a difference. Tickets here

📍 Location: Beach Lawns, Weston-Super-Mare
🗓️ Date: Sunday, 6th July 2025
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💷 Entry Fees: £8 in advance / £10 on the day per VW vehicle (unlimited passengers).

VW Cruise: A convoy of up to 200 Volkswagens driving together from Sanders Garden Centre to Weston.
Club Displays: Admire beautifully presented VW club stands and unique vehicles.
Pride of Ownership Awards: Recognising passion, creativity, and dedication to VW vehicles.
Food and Entertainment: Hot and cold food, ice cream, show merchandise, and more.

How to Join In

You can choose to either:

Join the Official Cruise:
- Starting Point: Sanders Garden Centre (A38 – TA9 4HJ)
- Arrival Time: Between 8:15 – 9:15 AM
- Cruise Departure: 9:30 AM
Note: Cruise spaces are limited, so pre-booking is essential!
Head Directly to the Lawns:
- Arrive anytime from 9:30 AM and enjoy the event at your own pace.
